BDS is a multidisciplinary design practice with a presence in Nagpur, Mumbai, and Akola. With 20+ years in the design business, we take pride in having successfully designed and executed residential, healthcare, commercial, institutional, and industrial projects pan-India.

Balancia, like the name, takes inspiration from the meaning of the word “balance” (संतुलन). We strive to create a balanced and symbiotic relationship between form and function, contemporary and ethnic, context and sustainability, texture and material, time and wealth, and innovation and discovery.
Just like the carefully balanced stones, the floating brushstrokes in our logo reflect the essence of stability. A reminder that true design—like life—thrives in precise, patient, and purposeful balance.
